Q1:
Dear Solidarity Fund Pocurement team,
I hope the message finds you well.
I reach out to ask you more about the recent ToR you launched looking for a pool of International Consultants/Experts on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
As our infrastructure team has relevant experience that can be complemented with addition skills developed at the country office level, we look at the ToR with interest.
- I would like to ask you if the call is open for INGO, like Acted (we are registered in Moldova).
- Among the required documents to a successful submission there are the technical proposal and the financial offer. As there is no attachment in the ToR, would you prefer applicants to use specific templates?
- You mentioned the month you expect deliverables to be done. I am keen to ask you a clarification on the deliverables 1.2.2, particularly the four study visits conducted (months 6-9), in relation to the period of implementation which is stated between May and November (6 months).
Besides this, we remain open to continue engaging and discuss further our respective programmes and the way we can cooperate.
Looking forward to having your feedback.
Many thanks,
A 1:
We confirm that the call is open to all interested parties, including international NGOs.
The technical proposal and financial offer can be submitted in free format — there is no requirement to use specific templates. What matters most is that the submitted documents clearly reflect the information and requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference.
Regarding the study visits, yes — the preparation and organization of agendas for these visits are very much welcomed during the indicated period.
