Referring to the descriptions of the subject of the order, task no. 1. Tactical Flashlight 

The entry in the description of the subject of the order reads as follows: 

1. Tactical Flashlight – 290 Units 

Dimensions (maximum): 

o Length: up to 11 cm (packed); 

o Width: up to 8.6 cm (packed); 

o Height: up to 5.1 cm (packed); 

Please clarify: Does the ordering party have the dimensions of the packaging in mind in the description? 

Does the ordering party describe the dimensions of a specific tactical lighting?

In response to your request, we would like to inform you the following: 

The given dimension refers to the packaging of tactical flashlights (for storage or transport) and is an approximate (average) dimension, it should be noted that the given size of the packaging is not a decisive parameter and small size differences in this respect are allowed. These dimensions do not refer to a specific model of tactical lighting, but only suggest the expectations of the recipient in terms of compactness and functionality of the tactical lighting resulting from the specificity and experience of the unit for which this tender is conducted.

 We are a company with over 25 years of experience with delivery of equipment to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx organizations like Police, Border Guard, State Security Service etc. During these 25 years we completed hundreds of deliveries ff military items and services for all xxxxx special forces units (xxxxxxxxxxxx), xxxxxxx Air Force, Land Army and others. We are possessing a license for military and law enforcement related items trade xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (attached) 

We represent major worldwide known producers like xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, and others. 

We can issue a reference letter from our client that we delivered them tactical equipment but we don’t see a point in the same time proving that we mange tactical training a this does not correspond with delivery of equipment. 

We train military Special Forces in parachute jumping and xxxxxx helicopter and fixed wing pilots in flight simulators. As an example, we also attach few reference letters issued by our customers. 

We ask to erase the obligation from section The application file will contain the following documents, point 2b- Collaboration with at least 2 specialized institutions, such as law enforcement agencies, military or special operations units, border police, or other relevant entities involved in tactical training, armed response, or precision shooting operations.

We would like to confirm that the requirement outlined under point 2b of the application file, as follows: 

“Collaboration with at least 2 specialized institutions, such as law enforcement agencies, military or special operations units, border police, or other relevant entities involved in tactical training, armed response, or precision shooting operations (through contracts, recommendation letters, handover documents, and other relevant documents);” 

is a mandatory eligibility criterion. 

Please note that this requirement does not refer to the provision of training activities, but rather to the demonstration of collaboration with at least two specialized institutions in the field of law enforcement, defense, or other relevant entities, specifically related to the supply of tactical equipment. Supporting documents may include reference letters, delivery contracts, handover protocols, or other relevant documentation. 

The phrase “or other relevant entities involved in tactical training” refers to the fact that collaborations with training centers in the security and defense field are also considered eligible, in addition to formal state institutions. 

We encourage you to include supporting documents in your application that confirm such relevant collaborations.
