Information regarding the results of the Call for Procurement of Services – Expert Services for Integrated Strategic Communication Support and Capacity Building for Internal Security Institutions 

In relation to the closure of the open tender for the Procurement of Services – Expert Services for Integrated Strategic Communication Support and Capacity Building for Internal Security Institutions,  Solidarity Fund PL in Moldova hereby informs that the University of Salamanca has been selected for contract award.  

The service contract will cover the period from February to April 2026, with a total contract value of EUR 40,000.00 for the services delivered. 

The tender was open from 12 January 2026 to 29 January 2026, during which three offers were received. 

This procurement was organized within the framework of the project “EU4Moldova Resilience: Secure State, Resilient Communities” funded by the European Union and implemented by Solidarity Fund PL in Moldova.
